like Tazzler said, flamethrower still 2hkos skarmory, which is the main reason to use a fire move on mence; missing with fire blast really sucks tbh.

yeah, sub+wish jirachi also works, but reflect is cooler, since it shuts down common jirachi counters such as claydol, non-cb metagross, curseless swampert/eq snorlax, etc. and dugtrio only 3hkos it with a reflect up, plus reflect can be passed.
