Hax isn't for noobs! Thunder for Kyogre (though it'll kill starmie) and psychic for that nasty gengar and heracross. modest since timid sucks on everything except kyogre. you'll want an attacking stat nature.

I'd recommend against Rhydon; it just isn't very compelling, and it's monstrously slow. However, if you want to keep these Pokemon, the team looks good. Petaya Berry is better on Starmie if you can get one.

If you don't like Rhydon, (I don't due to the Overabundance of Water and Grass types) replace Don for Heracross if you can raise one. Still trying to get a Female to breed for IV's, but all the ones I stumble into are Male. >.<

Rhydon cant either. I have Milotic and SNorlax for that. I just need a poke that can take physical hits well and learns Earthquake by level-up as I am out of EQ Tms.

The team, like most teams you seem to post, is fine and standard. It is basically an over-achiever of ingame standards.
