ipod touch/itunes podcast help.

i have had my ipod touch for over a year now and i recently reset it to factory settings and deleted all data, my ipod touch and itunes were completely clean and i began using my ipod touch's built in itunes to download a large number of podcasts, i filled my ipod touch with podcasts within 2 days and i thought i should delete some. i synced my ipod to itunes, all my apps synced but my podcasts didnt, ive tried everything and i cannot get my podcasts to sync so i can delete them and its impossible to delete them in the ipod touch. any help?

Try re-installing iTunes I had to do that for mine to work.
