Is anybody else finding more shiny pokemon after JAA?

I went to JAA Portland on the 15th. I downloaded Celebi and at least one of each top 20.
I just started playing my game again on Friday. Since that time, I've hatched 4 shiny pokemon in a row. No Joke, no cheating.

I hatched
- a shiny Pineco (one hatched out of almost 110 eggs)
- a shiny Nidoran (m)
- a shiny Trapinch
- and a shiny Staryu

I had bred each of these LONG before JAA and stuffed them into my box to hatch at a later date. I know this is probably sheer coincidence; but how coincidental could it be with 4 eggs hatched immediately after I went?

I know the odds of getting a shiny pokemon. I was thinking that maybe the downloading triggered something in the game... If not, maybe I'll go buy a lotto ticket

That's the odds of one shiny. The one I put up is the chances of getting 4 shinies in a row.

It has nothing to do with JAA, since it is determined what the pokemon will be when you get the egg, and you said that you got the eggs BEFORE JAA...
you're just VERY VERY lucky ^^
