Is anyone going to the Journey Across America?

I certainly will. I can't pass up the chance to download one of those cool Pokemon to my games. Unfortunately, for me it is 4 months away in July. That is Ok because there are plenty other things to look forward to in late winter, late spring and early summer like the anime convention. ;301;

Ummm...I was wondering, can I go if I live in Canada?

I live on Vancouver Island, so I can take a Ferry to Seattle. But do you have to be an American citizen to be eligible? If not, then I'm going to the Seattle one in late April.

Does anyone know if you can get a Shiny Celebi?

I'm going to the Mall of America one. I'll get Celebi, but that's about it. I don't EV train my Pokemon, and my line-up on Leafgreen is a Normal mono-type and my Emerald line-up is Ash's team from the Hoenn episodes, needless to say I wasn't planing on entering either one of them in a competition.

I have a really good card deck that I made a while back, but I'm not sure if all the cards are legal anymore. Can you use old cards and promos, or do they restrict the series you can enter with?

At least I can trade though.

For those of you anywhere in California, I am planning to hit both the LA and SF ones. Also, I'm gonna study so I can qualify to compete. You guys might have to face me... WHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

I was under the impression that they would have video game and cards for some reason. I must've been thinking of the olden day tours they had. I'm getting on in years.

Yes, I'm going to the one at the famous "The Galleria" mall in Houston, Texas on March 15th. It happens to be during my Spring Break ^_^ I will definately get Celebi but I doubt I will be able to enter the contest considering I live in Austin and I don't know when the contest is.
