Is continuing the post-game worth it?

So when Black & White was first released, my family could not afford it. Now in 2020, however, I could get the game. I played it and I loved it so much. It was super epic. But now I've finished the main storyline, I'm not so keen on playing anymore. However, I'm not quite ready for the experience to end. Do you recommend that I play B&W2, another game, or continue the post-game? Is the post-game good?

I personally think that the post-game in Black and White is decent. There are a lot of new areas to explore in the eastern part of the Isshu (Unova) region, as well as the return of old Pokemon from earlier generations. There isn't much of a plot involved in the post-game, however.

Seconded. It's worth continuing. And Black 2 and White 2 are worth getting as well.

Honestly, Black and White 2 are tremendous experiences that are worth playing. They have a solid story that resolves events that happened in the first with a ton of post-game content. There are many areas to explore after the postgame, many legendaries to catch, some post-game story content (including some story content that relates to N), Hidden Grottos, many new trainers to battle, PWT, and Black City/White TreeHollow.

I'm not sure how the postgame fares in the originals, I just recently got Black, but even so, I would get Black 2 and start playing those.

I absolutely loved the postgame in BW. Almost half of the Unova region is unlocked only after finishing the story, so there's loads of exploring to do. It has an "open world" feel: you can explore the new areas in whatever order you like without any interruptions. The levels of the trainers' Pokemon increase drastically, which is a nice challenge, and once you've trained up a bit you can battle Champion Alder at the Pokemon League. Once you've done all that, though, there isn't a lot else to do.

If you'd prefer to skip straight to B2W2 you wouldn't miss much, because most of the postgame areas from BW are actually visited during the main story in B2W2. You might enjoy those areas more in B2W2 because there's a story attached to them, whereas in the BW postgame it's just exploration with no story at all.
