All depends on what you have.
The US, or English version of the Flying Pikachu that was released as a promo card for the Pokemon league is not a rare card as it has been produced in mass quantities.
The same can be said about the original Japanese version. It was released in Corocoro magazines. Corocoro also released the Snap Pikachu too.
The 2000 Sydney Olympics Flying Pikachu promo is very rare as it was only availble by going to the game and purchasing the 9 card set. I believe the Flying Pikachu card is in Dutch. Each card in the 9 card set is in a different language. The Pikachu card that you have scanned, the Snap Pikachu card, was also released in this set in Spanish. It's a rare card as well.
Now, ANA Flying Pikachu. ANA made 2 versions of Flying Pikachu, both of which are rare because you had to accrue enough mileage to obtain them.
However, you can generally buy these cards on auction sites like E-bay...but it may take some time to locate them.
