I DON'T KNOW any friends that has a GBA and probably freely exchange pokemons from my game to their game(s)

I don't think I can buy another GBA and buy sapphire and ruby to trade things over. @_@

I don't think I have access to cheat either....

am i really hopeless to complete the hoenn dex? lol

Anyways, if you can't trade, then you can't complete the dex, really - simple as that. (And although cheating can do that it's... cheating so it's not really getting it, and discussion of hacking devices are banned from the forums).

That's the answer... so closing this thread. Note that if you have nentendo wifi one way or another you can trade with people to complete the dex in 4th gen games with only one ds.
