Is it true that Rakario/Lucario could be the evolution of Grovyle?

>_> you can't seriously believe that can you? I mean COME ON! nd alternate, LEGENDARY evolutions for a starter? it doesn't even look remotely like grovyle. I shall eat my bike if it turns out to be an alternate evolution
