Somebody told me that there was a episode in japon that it was not trasmitted because a earthquake
Is that true and if it is whats the episode´s name?

It's true. The episode was not shown because some pokemon (Whiscash?) kept using earthquake, when there was just a horrible earthquake in Japan. I think...
