I believe that Ranger just came out today and i was wondering if buying it would be worth it? I dont have a DS but i will eventually need it for DP so i am not wanting that to be the influence in my desicion. To the japanese players, is ranger fun?

Actually, I believe it comes out in 2 days (Monday). I don't have the game myself, but I think it'll be pretty good, but the new way for catching pokemon seems kinda odd. But I haven't tried it out for myself, like I said, so I can't really say if it's worth it or not.

ok, i thought it came out on the 28th for somereason :p. I am just hoping it has a manifi event over Wi-Fi, is that even possible?

Like everyone's already said, Ranger doesn't come out until Monday, but a guild leader of mine on Gaia Online has already got her copy due to the fact that she lives within walking distance of NoA-HQ and some of her finacé's college professors work for NoA as well.

So far, she says it's awesome. Very different from the usual, "I'm gonna be a Pokémon Master and save the world from Team <Name>!" theme that the Versions have.

As for Manaphy, you got the mission from redeeming a special coupon at certain locations... Not through WiFi.
