Is level 5 Gyrados normal?

I've gotten a Wailord before that was less than level 40, but my Gyrados is just a witto babie!! < ~ _ ~"> It only knows thrash (instead of splash)

I've heard of lvl. 17-19 Gyarados, but this...This is impossible! ^That's right, it only knows Thrash.

Maybe you caught it in Sootopolis City? But that's okay, magikarp's moves are useless.

Where did you catch it? Normally Magicarp evolves to a gyarados at
Lv.20,but if what you are saying is true,then lucky you!

I don't think that's possible now that I think about It.It have to be lv.14 at least.

A level 5 gyrados? Strange, since Magikarp evolves at 20, and the lowest level Gyarados I've caught was like 15. Where did you find it? Perhaps I ought to go out fishing one of these days...

I've seen a lvl. 6 Solrock in the water in meteor falls but i had no Ultra balls

I don't think there's a Lv 5 Gyarados in Emerald. That's impossible, it only learns Thrash.

I've seen Lv 15 Gyarados and Lv 30 Wailord. This is possible, but Lv 5 is quite low
