It's not uber. It's base stats aren't that high.
It's a decent Pokemon that will definately be overused (Or already is depending if you want to start counting it considering the games arn't fully released) but it is not an uber. It's weaker then the likes of Salamence and Tyranitar, and they're not uber so..

No it is not. Lucario is fast but there are a lot of pokemon faster than it, plus it has pretty low defences for a steel type.

Scientificly it isn't. It has a Pre-Evo so it is not legendery. It does have good moves but is not an Uber. It is featured in a movie as one of the heroe's pokemon, and could be mistaken as a legendary. If people think it is a legendary as it is one of the main pokemon the Aaron had, then wouldn't that mean Pidgeot would be too?
