but the movie was Delayed to September(Like Zelda twlight Princess was Delayed to fall 2006?) Pokemon USA might Dub the movie

Um..They delayed the release, not the dubbing. The dubbing was already finished by 4Kids and I doubt Pokemon USA will go through the trouble and redub the movie after it was already dub not-so-long ago.
