    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future

It's hacked...also that ball is called a "Quick Ball".
Are you sure that it's a Shiny Ralts & not a Dialga...which it looks like it is.

Looks ok to me, how high are the contest stats? If all of them are maxed, then there is a possibility that the original trainer used a Lv.99 Mild poffin cheat. However, if only one or two are maxed, then you should be ok. My Giratina has max contest stats in two categories after I fed it poffins I bought at the department store(In platinum of course).

Cool and beauty are maxed out, But the other three are pretty close to being maxed out.

Seems iffy to me then. If two are maxed, and the others are almost, then it is possible that it is hacked. However, there is the possibility that Lv.60 mild poffins were used, you know, the poffins that come with the poffin case automatically. Besides the contest stats, all the rest looks legit to me.

http://serebii.net/games/events-pkmn.shtml gives you a list of all event pokemon, which seems to be what your pokemon listed.
The Darkrai looks sketchy. First of all, Eigakan should be the OT name.
The Mew is possible as long as it was caught in emerald at faraway island.
The Jirachi seems fine as long as it matches the event Jirachi with ID: 08188
I don't beleive that Deoxys is possible. It could not have been caught at level 69. There just isn't any way.

It doesn't say it was caught, however, it says it "arrived" (from Kanto, I presume) at level 69.

True... Thanks for pointing that out. However, if it was originally from kanto, then make sure that it was caught at Lv.30 since that is the only legit level that can be caught in that region.
