"Is my pokemon hacked?" (A Hack-Check Thread)

Is it true that all hacked pokes on PBR show up as a bad egg. I just recieved a Blastoice that looks like is stats are flying everywere anyway is that true

I wish it was that easy. But no, PBR only checks for illegal EV spreads, illegal moves and obvious things like that. If you try a Pokemon in PBR and it works then it might still be hacked.

Unless they were leveled up via Rare Candy, it is impossible for the Deoxys and the Mew to have 0 EV.

Hacked. There's no wild Scizor in Pokemon League, I think that's Aaron's Scizor caught using the "capture ingame trainer's Pokemon" hack.

My brother hatched a riolu for me from his Ditto, which he got off a friend, and his Lucario, from the egg Riley gives you. And it the egg move it got was Focus Blast, which, in my Platinum walkthrough guide thing says that Focus Blast isn't an egg move. So is the Riolu classed as Illegit?
But if it isn't I'm not trading it!

riolu can learn focus blast as a tm, so it would have been passed down as an egg move if the father also knew it as tms are always passed down if the offspring can learn it
