No they didn't, the first date is the date the egg was received, the second date is the date that the egg was hatched on.

Hence why it reads as this in a hatched pokemon summary;

Without knowing IVs, your guess is as good as any of ours. I suggest you look at the event lists in the first post. But from glancing them over, they're all legit. Ho-Oh from a Kanto Ticket, and the other two from their respective events.

A legit OT/ID# or the fact it has the ribbon doesn't make it legit automatically, as i said if it has no EXP, but has EV's, then it has to be hacked, especially if as you say they are maxed out EV's.

Thats a hackers job, to make a hacked pokemon look as legit as possible.

Also you never told us how you know it has max EV's.

No. The GBA AnnivSH Pokémon aren't hacked. They apparently were given to SH webmaster (Link Elfe) so she could give them away, then she cloned them for distribution.

However, the 4th gen ones in Cherich Balls are hacked.

That is known as fan-made. Nintendo has had events in Europe distributed by retailers, put on as Nintendo Pokemon events. There is no reason they'd go through some unofficial third party for it, and no reason they would use cloning to distribute their own events.

It's hacked.

There is a reason they aren't listed on any event list, and that's because they aren't actual events.

Either you are lying or misinformed about AnnivSH, or more likely the webmaster who made these events fooled people and lied to others to trick them into thinking they're legit.

He said Azelf, not Jirachi. And after looking at it, it's IVs and nature look random enough to be legit. It looks real to me.
