Did you even check it's IVs before you posted? It's an obvious hack.

yeah ive jus checked its ev's and it had none, neither does lugia and its iv's came back like this: 27/22/30/25/11/12 (HP/ATK/DEF/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/SPD) but the special attack was only 50% accurate at lv100 which has me slightly more suspicious

The first two aren't real events. (why would nintendo need to pal park pokes?) Basically someone with the OT "Nintend" and haxed ID to 00001

As for the meowth, that is legit. People would remember that one, as the voice actor for meowth died as it was being given out. )i have one myself) That's one of at least 5 pokes they've given out through JP Ranch (baba flygon, that slaking, this meowth, and "red' metagros, a octillery being some of the others)

I don't think that you can catch a lv. 3 Eevee/Umbreon, but you can get one, eggs are hatched at lv. 1

No, you can hatch an Eevee, max its happiness without leveling it up, and use a Rare Candy on it at night. Technically, you can get a level 2 Umbreon.

EDIT: Does its location (in the summary) actually say 'GTS'? Just wondering... It is actually possible; just hatch an egg in the GTS building.

It's hacked becuse it has the wrong OT (Eigakan isn't an actual OT; the real OT is Japanese, but is read as 'eigakan'), wrong met location (the locations with numbers are for the year the event occurred, not the number of the movie), and it has 31 IVs in all stats.

r u positive the first is hacked??cause on the site is says eigakan as the ot and hte day it was met was mar 27 2009....so yea its looking like a hack. but hte other is fine u say it was met on jul 19 2008. more opinions please on whether its hacked or not as well please.the first also had a classic ribbon if that means anything and so does the second. i dont know if its possible to hack a ribbon.

Eigakan means something like "movie" in Japanese. The legit ones have Eigakan writen in Japanese. So if it was the movie one then it's name would be えいがかん.
If it's name is Eigakan in English then some poor hacked made a big mistake when they tried to copy it. That and it should be caught at movie 08, not movie 11.
