Yup yup... this is definitely legit! I'm guessing that this was caught as a shiny Yanma in FireRed/LeafGreen's Ruin Valley in Kanto... and the level of when this was caught is also correct. So yeah... this one's clean. :]

Freeloader doesn't effect the game in any way so it would be fine. But you know that you have to beat Colosseum and purify all of the Pokemon in it before you can get Celebi in your Sapphire, right?

Yeah, haha. I just left it on while using the "screen trick" (having Wes walk towards the screen all the time) that I read about in the help forums. Took about two days of just leaving the Gamecube on, but at least I didn't have to do anything except change party Pokemon every 3 hours or so. Now I can restart my Japanese sapphire and get more Celebis for trade!

Everything about it is possible. I say it might be legit, BUT i highly doubt it, although the guy who caught it would have got SERIOUSLY lucky with this one.... Shiny+Adamant+AT LEAST 2 PERFECT IVs
In fact, there are 25 possible matures. Adamant is the best one for physical Raquaza, IMO.
It is shiny.
It has at least 2 perfect IVs.
Ive worked it out, and the chances of this are.... 32 x 32 x 25 x 8196 (correct me if im wrong). This works out at 1/209715200. Ouchies. I know that having a good pokemon =/= hacked, but this seems almost "too good to be true"...
BTW, no one is going to ask you for a trade here....

The Rayquaza has 438 Attack; This requires +Atk nature, 252 EVs in Atk and 31 IVs in Attack. A pokemon's characteristic indicates the highest IV the pokemon has, or one of them. This Rayquaza has "Often Dozes Off". This represents that the highest IV, or one of them, is in HP. So therefore it has 31 IVs in Atk because of its stat, and 31 IVs in HP because of its characteristic. If you take the rayquaza to the IV guy in battle tower, he will give you a guideline to how high your IVs are, and he will also name your highest IV. Hope this made sense...

No, but it indicates highest. And rayquaza has 31 IVs in attack. So if the characteristic is not representitave of attack, then tthat stat must also have 31 IVs. I know it doesnt always show a perfect IV, but in this case, it does

Definitely hacked due to the Masterball. As far as I know, NO event/special Pokemon has been given in Masterball, it's always a normal Poke Ball or a Cherish Ball.

And if I remember correctly, you have to beat the E4 in it before you can receve the Celebi from the Bonus Disk. So have fun playing 10+ hours to get each Celebi.
