Well, you can't check for the PID unless you have the exact IVs on it. Since it's leveled, it may have EV's somewhere, as well as at that level, each IV can be off by 1-2 on calculators.

And yeah, like I said you have roughly a 20% to catch em in a pokeball, given it's at 1hp and asleep. Heck, it's still possible to catch the 3 catch rate pokes in a x1 ball. How many times have I mentioned how premeire balls being awesome? :D (the latter, chances are ~3% though. I caught uxie in my 2nd premiere ball, and i've thrown a hundred at darkrai before with no luck, literally)

Point is, any catchable poke can be caught in any ball.

I wasn't aware that you knew every person in the world. Don't label Pokemon as hacked with unsupported evidence.

This is hacked. Celebi cannot come from Johto.

Use the EV reducing berries and see if it's gained EVs via vitamins (in Hp, Def, Satk and Spd to be exact). If if hasn't then it is hacked, if it has then it looks fine.

The slaking is most likely fake. Usually a normal pokemon caught in a masterball is a dead giveaway of a fake. Also it arrived from Hoenn at level 100, which is possible, but unlikely. Most people who get a level 100 on there would like to keep it on there.

Yeah they're supposed to say Fateful Encounter otherwise they're from DP which would make them hacks

It is possible without cheating.
Therefore, it is legit.

Adding to what Pingouin7 said, just because you wouldn't do something like that does not mean others do the same. Everyone has a different thought process. A Pokemon caught in a Master Ball is not hacked, unless proven otherwise, ie: A Mew caught with a Master Ball (Not including the Japanese Faraway Mew).
