It is possible, albeit a bit out of the way to do so since vitamins give 10, and any form of EV boosting makes the EV's gained an even number.

Looks legit, could've been caught as Kadabra in the Cerulean Cave or caught as an Abra.

If 10th Deoxys says Movie 07, it's legit. It shouldn't say Wi-Fi.

Mew looks legit, Hadou Mew from the look of it.

Both look ok. Shaymin should say Flower Paradise but that may have been a spelling error.

Hacked. The Whismur line cannot be caught in Kanto. Even if it hatched there, it wouldn't be in a Master Ball :/
