06227 is not a 10th anniversary ID, so no.

06227 IS a 10ANIV ID, i don't know exactly where from but it is, the other ID is 00010 but that's for 10 ANIV, that's two different things.

06227 was the ID for the European 10th events (10ANIV, 10ANNIV, 10ANNI and 10JAHRE)

10 anniv is Netherlands I think ?
10 anni is French I think?

the UK 10th anniversary event OT was 10ANNIV, not 10ANIV.

I'm from the UK, i went to the event, i have 4 pokemon that say 10ANNIV, the events page on the main serebii site says 10ANNIV for UK pokemon, all event lists that exist say that the UK events are 10ANNIV.

Oh and also Anniversary is how its spelt, not aniversary, just try googling it, or look in a dictionary for it.

Sorry to come off as rude, but things like the above are easy to get right if you check first, that way people know they are being correctly informed.

it has been said before...the date doesn't mean it's hacked, the ds clock can be changed, as for the other things looks fine to me.

They all have the ability to be shiny. None of the 3rd gen event link trade Pokemon have game coding that suggests shiny isn't an option. But because these Pokemon are manually made instead of generated by a Wonder Card, the only way to certainly say if any shiny exists is to get a cart full of them and look.

I think I said that it was unknown about the European ones. Regardless, I've been saying this quite consistently (3rd gen have the possibility of being shiny, but that doesn't mean there are/aren't any out there) as recent as the last page.
