I know you've seen my posts throughout the thread and realize that I know this too. So sorry if I didn't list an asterik and post every possibility of how something can have legal stats and still come from an external device.

My post was specifically directed to someone saying "it's hacked but I'm not sure" and there was nothing indicative of a hack, nor did he give a reason for his judgment.

I'm almost sure they're hacked....movie regigigas should have a japanese OT and for the darkrai, if the first one were an event like the location says it shouldn't have that OT and ID and for the second one i've never seen "Event Site" on a location.

If it's a D/P event and it's shiny, then it's hacked. That should be quite the indacation. (Yes, WCS Milotic can be shiny, bla bla)

I'm not sure about the EVs, because that's not what questions the legitimacy of my Mew.
The Mew has a dot in both Toughness and Beauty, but no points in Sheen. Are all Hadou Mews like this or what?

Not all Hadou Mews are like that because yours is trained.

EVs are largely irrelevant as far as hack/not hacked go (unless they're more than 510). I'd suggest using EV reducing berries and then calculate the IVs.

EDIT: Someone more familiar with how sheen/those things work should comment on that.
