Hmmm..... Seems kinda suspicious. Only thing thats bugging me about this is the fact that it was hatched most likely and has like the perfect nature. Anyone else have a take at this?

It's not impossible. Pokemon that come from breeding can have any combination of IVs and natures.

Also, note that it's Pal-Parked from Hoenn. Emerald has a hilarious PRNG glitch that allows breeding Pokemon with great IVs to become much easier.

The question isn't "Could it be legit?" but "Does it show any indications of being hacked?" and that answer is "No."

And your Porygon-Z looks fine too. It has 31 IVs in Special attack and speed, but less than perfect IVs elsewhere by studying the stats. I could run a PIV-ID-Nature check, but I'd need to know the exact IVs before doing that.

it looks legitimate. it is fairly touched which lowers down the amount people want these. i have a few UT ones. Or you could simply get one off of the GTS

If I remember correctly, the Psyducks were caught at Lv. 5 at Oreburgh Gate.

Hi, i have a doubt....can a togepi be caught at level 30 on route 230 on pearl??? according to serebii's page it can't, just can be done in platinum but i want to be sure because i received one now on a trade and he said he got it on pearl.
