Close, but the bolded part is incorrect. The Japanese version has both versions of the text just like the English ones. And they act the same as in English.(Trading for a Pokemon from a game with hacked Pokemon changes it) Being a Japanese event makes no differance.

The date is whatever the DS clock is set to. I can easily "receive" an egg on March 20, 2008, save, turn on the DS and change the date to August 8, 2009, hatch the egg...and it'd be legit.

Before someone says "Someone typed in the wrong dates while Pokesaving": If it can be done using in-game methods, it can't be considered an indication of hacking.

For it to change? You just have to have a Pokemon with a Clasic Ribbon in either players party when you trade. You don't even need to trade at all for it to change. You can just go into the menu and then immediately exit.
I'm also pretty sure that battling one would do the same thing, but I'm not sure on that.

Since getting a shiny pokemon with 31 IVs in all stats is almost impossible and, mainly, getting a pokemon which comes from jotho is really impossible, yes, it's hacked.

The OT is set in stone. Unless you actually can throw th ball and catch it, the OT/ID of event pokes are always preset. If you noticed, the celebi is given to you, not caught.

A while ago(before i restarted) I had a Shiny Arceus, so I set a dread plate on him and when I took the plate back, I couldn't put anything else into my inventory.

Was my Arceus Hacked or Glitched? Or maybe it was my items?
