Well, you told him it was hacked because of the date, not because of the event hack. I prefer people to know the REAL reason why their Pokémon is hacked, not some false reason. Now, since you told him that the date was wrong, he might label a legit Pokémon as hacked later because you told him it was rellevant.

Looks legit. If I had IV info I could check it better.

But if you got it off of GTS, then beware, as GTS doesn't sort out all of the hacks.

He gave the EV's, the characteristic, the Nature and the stats. What more do you need?.

Anyways, -Dark-Knight-, you didn't give the right EV's and/or stats, since that's what it gives me:

Naïve #25 Pikachu: 30 / Invalid / 9 / 13 / 21 / 3

I entered the level, nature, characteristic, EV's and stats as you said, and that's what I got.

I told you to check the IV's. And THEN, I checked them. When I told you to check the IV's, I didn't know what the results would have been. If you go away because you can't understand something, then do so.

Is it: ネガイボシ or タナバタ (I know that's 4, but it could easily look like 5)?

If it's the first one, it's a negaiboshi Jirachi, if it's the latter, it's a Tanabata, otherwise it's hacked (only other legit Japanese Lv.5 Jirachi is NZ, as the PokéPark one is lv.30)

ネガイボシ = ne ga i bo shi, タナバタ = ta na ba ta.
