Is My Pokemon Hacked?

I received a Darkrai in a trade. It seems legit enought- level 50, OT ALAMOS, ID no. 05318. It's in the Red pokeball, and it says it came from a Pokemon Event, Apparently had a fateful encounter.

Still, I feel uneasy about it; for one thing, it has Pokerus. Another, it's attacks are:

Quick Attack
Hypnosis
Pursuit
Nightmare

Maybe the previous owner gave it those moves... I'm not sure. I don't know much about Darkrai anyway so sorry if this seems ignorant. What's your opinion? Is it legit?

p.s. it says met on May 15, 2008

Pokerus doesn't mean anything. Anyone with pokerus would want to infect as many pokemon as they can. The date met is just the date the person picked it up from the pokemart. The moves are all legit on a Darkrai. Does it have a Classic Ribbon? If it doesn't then it's hacked.

You'd be better going to this thread, it can be very useful (although you'll need to provide some more information such as stats and the like). While there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it at first glance - provided the 'red pokéball' is the cherish ball - it does seem suspicious that spacial rend and roar of time were deleted. But, as I said, you'll probably get more certain responses from the other thread.

False. Who would want to infect their event Pokémon if they are more valuable without it?
