Is there any way to get another one of the same TM you used on a pokemon that can't be bought in the game without restarting your game and without using a cheating device?

I dont think so...the only multiple tm's available are the ones you can buy/trade for coins/obtain by waiting 7 days(return)

It depends what TM it is. Some can be bougth/traded for coins and some can be picked up by a pokemon that has the ability Pick Up.

I think all the TMs can be found infinite times. From pick-up, Pokecoupons, Pokemarts, wild Pokemon, Game corner, etc.

However, the reason noone cares about having lots of copies of the same TM is because you can breed them to any Pokemon and even if you do not have the TM you can find a Pokemon with the move in the wild and then breed it through.

Those TMs you can't buy or get in the Game Corner are one-time only. The only exceptions being Rest, Focus Punch and Earthquake, which can be found with Pickup, but only in Emerald.

There's also a few TMs you can buy in FR/LG that you can't get again in RSE, such as Attract, Brick Break and Shadow Ball.

The rest are one-time only, and you have to restart your game(s) to get another one...

There is also another way for a Pokemon to get a TM's move without the actual TM. If say a Bulbasaur had Solarbeam on it, and you wanted to get Solarbeam onto an Oddish, but you already use up the TM22 for Solarbeam, you could breed the Male Bulbasaur with Solarbeam onto the Female Oddish. (Let's just say that both Bulbasaur and Oddish didn't learn Solarbeam. )

You can't get multiple TM's but you can breed the move onto another pokemon. For example, I used Toxic on my Ludicolo, and I wanted a Treecko with Toxic. So I breed Ludicolo with Sheal, Sheal with Seviper, and then Seviper with Treecko. Now my Treecko has Toxic. (and Crunch)

Well, if they can't be obtained again, then there aren't a whole lot of options available to you. The best strategy is the one previously mentioned where you only teach irreplaceable TMs to male Pokémon and use them for breeding, that way, you "kinda" get to reuse the TM. The PickUp ability only gves you certain TMs, not all of them. Rest, Focus Punch, and Earthquake are obtainable this way in Emerald, and Hidden Power is obtainable this way in FR/LG.

I think this has been sufficiently answered...

If they're once-only TMs in the game, the only way to get another COPY of that actual TM is to trade one from another game. Sorry.
