hey guys! this is my fist forum in like.... um..... a week! anyway does the wii remote actuly do much or is it like when you play the ds but play a gba game and it doesnt do nothing if you touch the screen? or is it to eraly to say?

if it does use its functions what could you do.... well i think you might be able to throw poke balls and if you miss you have a bad aim! what do you guys think?

I'm not sure if Pokemon Battle Revolution will feature functionality with the Wii-mote, but the Wii-mote itself is actually very, very innovative, if that's what you're asking. Everything you need to know about the Wii can be found here:

It won't probably work. Pokémon isn't a game where you aim and shoot, drive, move with super-sensibility. The remote will be full-used in games like Metroid or Super Smash Bros. Brawl... Anyway, it will be an awesome game!

You can not switch between the Wiimore and GCN controler easily like with the DS's D-Pad and touch screen. Therefore there wouldn't even be minigames. The only game that is daring to do the Wiimote when it is not needed is TP, but that is to differ more from its GCN version.

It's already been confirmed SSBB will use GCN controllers.

Back On Topic: I think it's already been confirmed that DS can be used as the controller during battles, but how the Wiimote will be used during the game is beyond me. Too much sensitivity would definitely be a problem however, for example when throwing poke balls at a wild pokemon, it wouldn't really be fair if you threw a Master Ball and it missed the pokemon entirely.
