1) Trade the pokemon from R/S/E cuz you can't get them anywhere but Hoenn.
2) Its the same thing as there. Like a 1/8500 chance or whatever. Basically the chances of getting them in Hoenn (shinies) is the same as in Kanto.
3) 7, but you can trade dive over to FR/LG. A friend had dive, so I think he did that.
4) Yes there are berries.
5) Yup.

Yeah but you need the sea and lax incense which is only avalable in Hoenn. Or at least I think.

The only hoenn pokemon you can get in firered/leafgreen are those that are originally from kanto or can be bred from kanto/johto pokemon on the game.
And you have to have the national dex first

2. Just Azurill and Wynaut. Their Incences can be found in the Lost Cave. (You can also get Deoxys if you somehow have access to the Auroraticket.)
3. It's the same: 1/8192 = 0.01220703125%.
4. 7. Cut, Fly, Surf, Strength, Flash, Rock Smash, Waterfall. You can NOT trade HMs. If you want Dive as an attack (don't), you must trade to Ru/Sa/Em.
5. You can get lots from Pickup and there are some lying on the ground as items. They respawn in the Berry Forest.
