No. You should study up on EVs instead of blindly using vitamins. Only level train after you've effort trained, since you can't effort train at L100.

Well, EV train them if you're going to use them in battles. If you're just levelling them up for the heck of it, don't bother, as it's very time-consuming.

Raising to L100 is more time-consuming than effort training. If it's just for ingame, you have no need of L100; L70's about the most you'll ever need. If you're raising them for the Battle Frontier/Towers/Mt. Battle/etc., than effort training would be quite important.

If you're going to use Vitamins, use them when you have a Pokemon at Lv. 5, or when you just caught it, otherwise you won't get the full benefit of all the Vitamins.

I thought all the effert points gained from the Vitamins will be added on next level, so it doesn't matter when you give them Vitamins.

if you give them all vitamins when theyre at lv. 100 then you'll get less benefit from them than if you EV trained&used your vitamins to help towards that. Just study up on EV training&then weigh up the benefits of using your vitamins in a better way

Looks like others have answered what I was going to say. The only ones I prefer to raise up to level 100 nowadays are those I intend to use for both battle tower and breeding purposes as well. Perfect EV training is a must since once you get to level 100, there's no going forward anymore.

One example is a female adamant salamence with quadruple flawless in hp/attack/defense/speed which I use as a choice bander that knows double edge along with 3 of the other best attack moves it could learn. It's EVs included 252 attack/speed, 6 HP including 10 protein/carbos.

Ok, the original statement has been answered and now there's a new question. Except that we have a thread for this new question being asked. :p

Use the thread the Kevster posted, and read over it. You should figure out what EV's are after reading that. :p And, if you have any further questions after that, post in that thread asking them. :)
