You're better off with a Bold (or Calm) Nature...

Umbreon:
-Wish
-Mean Look
-Baton Pass/Protect.... (BP is better)
-Toxic (Toxic is ingame)

Umbreon doesn't need Faint Attack since it really isn't much of an attacker. :/

If you want a cheap in-game Umby then use:

Double Team
Baton Pass
Moonlight
Taunt or (filler)

DT 6 times healing as necessary, then BP to your favourite sweeper. Taunt as the last move if you're worried about Haze/Roar/Whirlwind, or just stick an attack in there as it's in-game. Roar and Whirlwind have to get past the DT anyway. Don't use this in a competitive team or you'll be called cheap and people won't want to play you.

Pretty self-explainatory. Taunt, then Screech & Confuse Ray, then Moonlight when your health gets too low.

And how exactly would that faint anything?
you'd have to take at least 3 turns to set it up, and that would be pretty much useless in-game...

I'm not, it's just it would be takin' 3 turns to implement the strategy every time you battled with it, which would be sort of cumbersome...
Maybe on NB or something...

Well the one I posted takes 7+ turns to set up, but if it's for the Frontier, it doesn't matter how long it takes. Winning is everything, one loss and you're out, yada yada.

Sub, then Screech, then curse ,Then BP. If you dont want them to swich from Screech Mean Look.

you want toxic if you're going for mean look, which again ain't great in-game.
That of course brings us back to the original set... >_>
But that one could work, if you wanted to take a chance, because if it was killed before it could switch out, you're potentially screwed.
And plus, there are a lot of last-pokemon in the BF, and again, you're screwed if it is...
