The plan is Leech seed or sleep powder use sunny day Sludge Bomb or Razor Leaf away if on low health use Synthesis if sunny day is still on Synthesis will give you full health

Using Sunny Day only to power up Synthesis is bad, unnecessary and even harmful as fire types will have an even easier time.

Sunny Day only goes along with Pokemon with the trait Chlorophyll, like Shiftry.
