Good enough for what? The Elite 4? Then no. Level up some more (get all Pokémon to at least 55) and then you'll be able to put up a good fight. For in-game, it's fine.

With a good water type pokemon, half of your team(rhydon, pupitar and charizard) will be pWned and maybe with a t-tar the missing two will be dead two

Raise them all up to level 100.
Evolve Pupitar. I would replace Pidgeot with Dodrio, but I just like Dodrio.
You COULD use a Blissey as your last Pokemon, because you lack a Special Tank. You have a 2 Physical sweepers and a Special sweeper, a Physical tank and a Special tank then. And a mixed sweeper maybe for Charizard, depending on its move set.

You need a Grass type and a Water type I suggest a Victreebel that has:

Swords Dance
Giga Drain
Sleep Powder
Sludge Bomb

and maybe a Starmie the has:

T-Bolt
Surf
Recover
Ice Beam/ Psychic

maybe a poliwrath as you get a water AND a fighting type to your team? a tank of some sort would be usefull though, wigglytuff or blissey, snorlax if pink doesn't work for you.

What for ingame? Sure just level up the team, evolve the Pupitar into Tyranitar, drop the Rydon - perhaps for Steelix(tyranitar can cover rock if nessesery(SP?)) and add a good special wall such as Snorlax. That should do it.

From the 'zard you will want to do as much damage as possible, and if it is a mixed/psyical 'zard the extra power will be needed to punch though the defense of the opponent, to KO it faster. Most rockslide attacks will OHKO the 'zard, so it likely won't be around that long.

If you go for overheat pack a white herb or something. Meh flamethrower could work, it just depends on the rest of the movest.

If special: Flamethrower

Mixed and Pysical: Overheat/Fire Blast.
