I've seen this around the web, but isn't it illegal cause of switch + encore?
If it's not, then how do you breed for it? I'm stumped.

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's legal thanks to Smeargle being compatible with Lopunny. Just like without Smeargle, you can't get a Curse AND Wish Eevee, but it's legal anyways.
