Is This True???

I heard this on Cheat World: In Emerald after you beat the Elite Four and go to Mossedepp Space center and when you talk to everybody one person will say Do you wanna go too space and if you say yes you can go to the moon and catch Deoxys at level 75 I think. Is it true???

Nope. You cannot get Deoxys unless you go to the events. Any Mossdeep rumors you hear are false.

Because if it were true, most of the RSE game owners would have done it by now, and they wouldn't be denying it. Totodile is right, Deoxys can only be obtained by going to a Nintendo event and getting the Aurora Ticket (to go to Birth Island), and is only on Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald version. The only way to get it on Emerald is by the Aurora Ticket.

As said before by other people, Deoxys is only obtainable by means of Nintendo events, Trades, or using a Cheating Device. There is NO other way to get these Pokemon, unless a glitch was to occur (Probably one similar to the Celebi, if it does in fact exist) If it was a glitch, I doubt that if there was any text at all, let alone the game asking you a question...
