What's behind the box in the old lady's house?
(Near Pokemon Centre and PokeMart).

Also, how do I get behind it?

You need an E-Reader. Behind the door is a room where you can battle certain trainers if you have their respective E-Cards. Only works in the Japanese version though. Back in Ruby and Sapphire there was also a house in Mossdeep with a locked door which served the same purpose. In the American Version, though, both places are inacessible.
