Islands Problem.

I just restarted Leaf Green a few days back, I've beaten the league, got the National Dex, and I've headed out to Island 1.

I'm currently at the point where you fight the 2 Rockets near the entrance to the cave, to collect the Ruby Scale..

However the Rockets don't want to fight, and just tell me to clear off.

I've found Lostelle, captured Moltres etc, am I missing something obvious?

What do I need to do to make them fight me, and to open up the cave.

I think you have to fight the Rockets in the HeadQuarter of their on Five Island.
I can`t remember excactly...
And you have to find the Sapphire Plate on Six Island (Dotted Hole in Ruin Valley) to be able to go to Rockets HQ on Five Island.
Oh yeah, and maybe Lady Selphy in Lost Cave too! Just try... you will figure it out somehow

Aha! That was it. I'd talked to him before, but not since I got the National Dex.
