Isn't Rare Candy Obtainable in any of the Master Trainer Decks?

Is Rare Candy in the Blaziken or the Gardevoir deck? I need to know this because I can know which has it so I can buy it.

There is not a Rare Candy in either of the decks. However, there are a few good trainers such as Celio's Network, Life Herb, TV Reporter, and others.
