It´s a long way to the top [BT]

This is my first BT team, and it is not the best and would like it to be rated, thank you.
Here is the team at a glance:

Lets get into details and don´t waste more time:

Item: Damp Rock
Nature: Bold
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef
Moveset:
~Rain dance
~Heal bell
~Yawn
~Psychic

Description: Ohh, well a commonly seen lead in BT, he's there yawn, then use rain dance to help empoleon, because surf will be his main atack.
After that, I can easily switch out, and if i need come again to heal everyone with heal bell. Psychic is because i needed something.
The EVs, are mainly to survive much more, and be able to switch in as easily as possible.

Item: Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Moveset:
~Extremespeed
~Outrage
~EQ
~Waterfall

Description: Well this set I made is to take advantage of dragonite high atack and standart bulk to use the newly added move to his arsenal: Extremespeed, and also, EQ + Outrage offers great coverage, and fire punch for levitating.
EVs are easy to understand, atack is to make the most strenght out of him, HP is because I need bulk, and with extremespeed, speed isn´t needed.

EVs: 4 HP/252 SpAtk/252 Speed
Moveset:
~Surf
~Ice beam
~Signal beam
~Grass Knot

Description: Well, my special battler, surf is stab, powered with RD, the other 3 moves for coverage, timid nature for speed, and EVs for power and speed.

Not a good idea to run Rain Dance if your Dragonite has Fire Punch. To take more advantage of the rain, you could consider Waterfall over Fire Punch.

You could consider Agility on Empoleon over Signal Beam since none of your Pokemon are very fast.

Well, it's a good idea, but the AI for the Tower will switch when you use Yawn. You could consider Thunder Wave, that'd help at least a little.

Agility is the move you should be running over Signal Beam. Ev's have been ammended so that you have the maximum bulk while still outrunning a good number of BT Pokemon. Modest over Timid for Power.

Yeah, that'll pull it. 4 SpA for a bit of Psychic power.

I added Thunder Wave as Dragonite has respectable bulk. You may want added Defenses over Speed, as Dragonite is the strongest in TR, I think. I see Waterfall's use, I think Dragon Claw can hurt, but Outrage is more stronger/useful. Random! No, but I see the strategies.

Don't worry about Psychic on Uxie, for one thing. Use 252Hp/80Def/176Sp.Def Bold to get the maximum for his defenses. As for Nite, the CB set is perfectly fine, so don't change it. Aerial Ace is the only change you should consider.
