item finder and mystery gift?

can any1 tell me where to get itemfinder and mystery gift?

For Mystery Gift, go onto about the 3rd floor (I think) of Goldenrod Departement store. Talk to a girl near the counter, and she'll say something about Mystery Gift - something along the lines of 'With just a little beep you get a gift'. Then save, and restart. On the Continue/New Game/Options menu, there should be mystery gift.

Itemfinder is in one of the houses in Ectruteak City - a guy gives it to you.

It's actually on the fifth floor (as is everything of significance in the Goldenrod Dept. Store).
