Imperfect means that the Pokemon has 5 IVs, but in the wrong places. Flawless means that the Pokemon has 5 IVs in the right places, missing the stat that is reduced by the nature. (For example, Adamant would be missing Special Attack, and Bold would be missing Attack)
I don't have access to Poke Bank, so space is limited. :[
