Here's my take on the Dark World theme. The idea of Card of Safe Return is credited to a user on Pojo; it also happens to be a major part of the deck, so don't take it out.

dam u beat me 2 it
i was just gonna post my dark world deck that looks alot like this
ok heres a few suggestions
try running a necrofear since most of this deck is fiends
take out the newdorias for night assailants
and mab add tsukomi to help gold and silver destroy any of the commonly run 2400 attack monsters.

I personally like Scarr over Newdoria. Yano, If I need that Brron..NOW.

I say - 2x Brain Control
-Swords of Revealing Light

+Creature Swap (here, have my jar...)
+2x Dragged Down into the Grave (that can make for some choices...It tests well in mine.)

I also got 2 Sillvas. PH33R MEH. Still need Goldds, Brrons and Browws, though.

Though... to be honest, Scarr doesn't really interest me. Plus, this deck isn't meant to be slow. The point of the deck is to get the Dark World monsters out quickly and strike a decisive blow. Which reminds me, I need to get a hold of some Trunades and a United We Stand for this deck...

I hadn't thought of Creature Swap, actually. Sounds like a rather devilish idea, although you have to admit it's going to be situational as hell. And Dragged Down to the Grave is lame as hell. Dark World Lightning, in my opinion, is better because you can potentially knock out a threat and get a free monster, or in the case of Brrow, a new card.

Red-Eyes Rider: Tribute to the Doomed doesn't work with the Dark World monsters.

I recently dropped mine for newdorias and Slate Warriors. Course, I had to drop my Reaper too, but thats besides the point.

Jar, is NOT the only swappable. Here, I summon Beige. Trade my 16 for you're 24?

My version runs 2 of both. Hand control and drawing in the same card is in no way shape or form lame, and you get 2 cards with broww, and a monster, should you FORCE them into that choosing situation.

I suggest Card Desruction, Lightning Vortex.

Card of Safe Return may not work much.

Well, gee, that was a mature way to handle things. I edited the post b/c I'd realized what i posted was wrong. There's not anything wrong with correcting myself, is there?
