Itunes problem

I'm the Juggernaut!
Ok, I just got a new laptop and its windows is korean. I started installing programs and stuff and installed Itunes under English as the main language. However, once I did that, the program itself wonn't open. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, under the main language korean, but it still won't open. I went to the main file to check the properties and it saids the language is english, but I installed it in korean. Whats the problem?
