I seriously didnt know a pokemon can have IVs of 31 for everything! Iv'e always settled for 30/31 in the stats i need! Like my rhydon has 31/30/30/29 for HP, Attack, Defense, and special defense. And yes i broke the rules and trained a rhydon in special defense
