IVs help

hi can someone teach me how to calculate IVs? ive read the one on the site but its confusing and i really need help. i want a typlosion with somewhat close to the highest sp. attack...
if it would help here are its stats

typlosion ;157; lvl:100
nature: impish
hp:319
attack:199
defense:233
sp. attack:215
sp.defense:190
speed:248

Please read the EVs/IVs FAQ sticky linked above, and if you still have questions post in there (that's the thread for ALL EV/IV related questions).

I can tell you right now that since your Pokemon is at LV 100, unless you've used Rare Candies or the Daycare, your Pokemon has EVs and you won't be able to calculate its IVs.
