I dont think there is IVS for GSC, even if there is IV calculatiors for GSC, GSC is to old to be worth the effort to mkae a IV calculator. Just try the RSE one, its your best shot, just say you have no EVS...

Yes, there are no EVs but IV were implemented here. And there are some IV calculators for GSC but is it legal (on this forums) to post a link to it?? Anyway I can tell you Google is always your best friend.

Can someone explain what IVs and EVs are? I've always heard them mentioned a lot on these forums, but don't know what the hell they are! :D

If you're not sure, just PM me. Google hasn't helped. Neither have any of the other search engines.

For the other dude/dudette:

IVs determine a pokemon's stats throughout it's training and are decided from the moment it is caught - they cannot be changed. They are completely random and determine the maximum stats of that individual (why it's called Individual Values).

EVs are given from defeating certain kinds of pokemon and are applied towards building stats. There's an EV guide in serebii.net's ruby and saphire section.
