I'm not sure now if I can get enough Pokemon up to level 100. I have a level 100 Mewtwo and Lugia, but my Blissey is only level 100. Even if I do get Blissey to level 100 I will still need 3 more Pokemon at level 100. Is there enough time? I was considering my Salamence from XD but would Rayquaza be better?

Well if youre using ubers then yeah rayquaza is way better than salamence... And you've put that your blissey is level 100? Why would you need to level it up more?

What do you mean, you said blissey is only at level 100, yet that's the level you need. What level your Blissey really at?

My advice: Get the Lucky Egg from XD (by defeating Lovrina in Orre Colosseum then going on the miniquests. Good places to level train are:

Cerulean Cave (FR/LG)
Sky Pillar (R/S/E)
Elite 4 (FR/LG)
Mt. Battle Area 10 (Colosseum)
