Geeta wanted to ask Nemona about Scarlet. Nemona, on a sudden inspiration, asked her what she wanted to know and recalled how she met Scarlet.
She was curious because Scarlet used a disadvantageous tera type flying Pikachu to battle her Pawmi. Later she found that Scarlet was teaching a child who couldn't go to school how to play cat's cradle. (And as mentioned in previous chapters, Scarlet accepted Raifort's work on the condition that this child be able to attend academy.)
Nemona think about it and feel that Scarlet's blunt and distance from others are to avoid creating expectations and disappointments in them, but Larry think that perhaps it was to avoid the grief of loss, which is why she kept her distance.
Geeta revealed that she actually knew Scarlet are searching for the Treasures of ruin, which Nemona then roasted her. She tell Nemona that she intended to give Scarlet the opportunity to challenge the league. In reality, she wanted to use this to monitor or interfere with her, and even planned to mobilize the gym leaders.
Penny was called to the director's office by Clavell. Clavell intended to ask Penny if she knew anything about Team Star, but Penny suddenly started crying, so Clavell had to give up. Later, it reveals that Penny, who went to the director's office, was actually Scarlet in disguise. (Therefore, the person who "lives in the dorms but rarely appears at the academy" actually refers to Penny herself.)
Violet and Arven ride Miraidon to the Casseroya Lake. They saw a strange stake, then Violet pulled it up. (Who is sealed around here is Ting-Lu.)
