I was looking at the latest episode pics and they're words ( I think it's on Pg.9) at the top of the screen. What are these words for?

It's just a sort of news ticker that TV Osaka (where the episode capper apparently got the episode from) sometimes plays during the program.

Why they feel it's necessary to interrupt a kids' show with news about something as boring to kids as the Livedoor scandal is beyond me.

well, seems that in Poland we have EXACTLY tha same situation during Pokemon ;-)

"Do you want to talk? Anything interesting? Send a letter to us... blah blah"
"Wanna play? Send us SMS "GAME"... blah blah, you'll win 16000!"
and sth like that...
